Papa Gallo
Every time we pass by this newly built Mexican restaurant in Fayetteville, named Papa Gallo we would always think of going there. So, last night finally we got a chance to go there for our weekend night out> I couldn’t believe how packed the place was, there was no parking spot available for us, so we had to go around, luckily, there was one car that was just pulling out of the parking lot, so we pulled in. As we walked in the dining area, it’s so crowded we waited for about 45 mins until we finally got a table. And while waiting we had a glass of their really good margarita and sat by the bar. Enough to make me dizzy on the first glass, by the time I finished mine they called us for our table, hubby ordered another glass, hmmm, he didn’t have enough with that one huh?!

For our dinner, hubby ordered chips with salsa for our starter I ordered salmon with baby shrimp and corn, oh soo good! while hubby got beef enchiladas. Mine was awesome, only I couldn’t finish my shrimp because of my friggin’ allergy. The enchilada was equally mouth watering, but I enjoyed my salmon a lot.
After a margarita-dizzying mixture with our dinner we headed to some bar and sipped more alcohol, didn’t have enough, to end up the night we went to Lucy’s Lounge in Holiday Inn Hotel where there was a live band playing and had some dance before we completely leave downtown and headed back home at almost 1am.
What about you? How did you spend your Saturday night? Hope you had fun as well!
